Emily Beal is the new Director of Business Development and Customer Experience for CRG. Her background is in marketing, marketing research and competitive intelligence.

She has extensive experience in working with companies such as New England Life, Digitas, IBM, TNS (market research) and Market Directions and has developed a deep expertise working with sales teams to make them more effective and profitable.

Emily Beal attended Tufts University and earned her BA in Social Psychology with a Certificate in Community Health. She also has her Master’s of Science in Public Health from Tufts University. Emily and her husband live in Brookline and Cataumet on Cape Cod.
